Client/Patient Management

Tech-South Inc. developed a SaaS Mental Health Care Patient Management System. The Mental Health Patient Management SystemTM is a centralized Patient/Client Management system specifically designed for the mental health care segment. The program's user interface is designed for simplicity and ease of use. Searches have been provided to find clients, pharmacies, physicians and psychiatrists. Editors have been included to add or edit information about patients, pharmacies, physicians and psychiatrists. Once the patient is in the system, their demographics, episodic data, and assessment history can be viewed and updated.

The system has an episodic focus. An episode encapsulates all events and associated information from referral to discharge. A patient can have many episodes but only one active or open episode. The patient's episode is the launch point for updating the program and assessment information. The episode editor is the screen where program and episodic information is updated.

Patient assessment history can be viewed and updated using the assessment editor. Only the information associated with an open episode can be edited, otherwise, it is read-only.

The Patient Management SystemTM also includes streamlined facilities for Crisis Call Line Support. Special features have been added to create Crisis Call Episodes, produce multi-tabbed Crisis Call Assessment, ands produce formatted Crisis Call Assessment Reports, all at the click of a few buttons. 

The entire workflow process is highly efficient. Management and operational reports are available for this segment.

The following are examples of the types of reports from the CMS System. Of particular note is the CDS Report which includes a breakdown of data cells by program. The entire report encompasses over 2120 items. Operational reports allow managers to quickly and efficiently view workload distributionands the type of caseload assigned to each clinician or physician (e.g. client/patient status of active and/or maintenance).

The Patient Management System can be accessed from wherever there is an Internet connection.
